A new study of active Australian trade mark applications has shown that:

• The top three owners of active designs are Apple, Philips and Google (as at December 2021).

• The top three Australian owners of active designs are Zimmerman Wear, King Furniture and Schneider Electric Australia.

The full list of the top 10 recent trade mark applicants from Australia, and the top 10 from outside Australia, is shown below - via an interactive graphic that shows for each applicant:
